I began in design earning recognition for brand and creative direction from Hermes Creative Awards and Muse Creative Awards. That foundation taught me how small details shape trust.

For over a decade, I led operations as COO of a multi-location creative organization, scaling it into one of the largest in the vertical of music education. The work was recognized on the Inc. 5000 list multiple years.
